Inverted pendulum controlled by Raspberry Pi Pico

The inverted pendulum based on Kalman filter introduced by Japanese magazine is ported to Raspberry Pi Pico.
Kalman filter and modern control theory contribute to the stabilization of the inverted pendulum.
It resists the disturbance.
